Do you offer home delivery for cycles?
Currently, we do not offer shipping for cycles due to their assembly requirements. Cycles can be picked up from the nearest authorized store. However, we do ship cycle accessories across India within 2-4 business days.
How can I track my order for cycle accessories?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status.
What is your return policy for cycles and accessories?
For cycles, we accept returns within 7 days of the pickup date, provided the cycle is in its original condition and there is an actual manufacturing issue. For accessories, items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
