Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Avitree Bikes, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You receive the wrong model, color, or size.

  • There are manufacturing defects or serious performance issues.

Please note: Bikes that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are processed only for defective or damaged items.

  • Please share clear images or video of the issue within 7 days.

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, accidents, or third-party assembly.

  • Any return initiated after 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized orders or limited-edition models (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Email us at [support@avitreebikes.com] or WhatsApp with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the issue

  2. Wait for return approval from our team.

  3. Pack the bike securely in its original packaging.

  4. We’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
