Shipping Policy for Cycles

In-Store Pickup Only:

• At Avitri Bikes, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality products. Due to the unique nature and assembly requirements of our cycles, we do not offer shipping services for any cycle purchases.
• All cycles purchased through our website can be picked up at your nearest Avitri Bikes authorized store. We believe this approach ensures that your cycle is professionally assembled, undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection, and is ready for you to ride safely.
• Upon completing your purchase, you will receive detailed instructions on how to schedule your in-store pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when you come to collect your cycle.

Shipping Policy for Cycle Accessories

Domestic Shipping Policy:

• We offer shipping across India for all cycle accessories available on our website. Our goal is to deliver your order within 2-4 business days from the date of your purchase.
• Shipping Charges:
  • A standard shipping charge will apply to all orders for cycle accessories. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address.

Shipment Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

• Avitri Bikes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

• We currently do not ship outside India.
