Currently, we do not offer shipping for cycles due to their assembly requirements. Cycles can be picked up from the nearest authorized store. However, we do ship cycle accessories across India within 2-4 business days.

For cycles, we accept returns within 7 days of the pickup date, provided the cycle is in its original condition and there is an actual manufacturing issue. For accessories, items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
